Fiona Campbell is the Controller of BBC Three, home to shows such as Drag Race UK, Glow Up and Meet the Khans.
BBC Three focusses on content for 16 – 35s in genres of Drama, Comedy, Current Affairs and Factual.
The channel’s main platform is BBC iplayer. It also returned to linear this year. BBC Three has committed to producing at least 66% of its content budget outside of London.
Recent examples of this strategy have been Fast and the Farmerish a co commission with BBC Northern Ireland and Brickkies a co commission with BBC England.

Ryan J Brown
Writer/Producer
Ryan J Brown is a writer/producer originally from North Lincolnshire. Named an ‘Emerging Artist’ to watch by GAY TIMES, Brown is the creator and writer of WRECK, an original 6x45min horror comedy series for BBC Three with EUSTON FILMS.
He’s currently writing and executive producing a second series of WRECK and is developing two other dramas for the BBC. Brown also has several original TV projects in development with companies including DNA Films and SONY TV.
Brown is the only screenwriter to have been featured on the UK's BRIT LIST twice consecutively and won the BAFTA Rocliffe award for his queer crime drama WE ARE YOUR CHILDREN. A project which contributed to the reopening of a decades-old cold case.

Chris Baugh
Writer/Director
Chris Baugh is a writer/director based in Belfast. He began his career by making short films and as as a screenwriter in animation before starting Six Mile Hill Productions along with Brendan Mullin in 2012, with the goal of producing high quality genre films for the world-wide market
Their first project was the short horror film Boys From County Hell, which won best Irish Short at the 2012 Kerry Film Festival. Since then he has directed THE CAPTORS as part of the NI Screen/ BFI shorts to features Scheme, a half hour hour horror drama for the BBC and a web drama pilot for RTE storyland
In 2016 Chris directed his debut feature, BAD DAY FOR THE CUT which had its worldwide premiere at the 2017 Sundance film festival and sold to Netflix for a worldwide release
Chris then went on to direct a number of television episodes including TIN STAR star for Amazon/Sky Atlantic before selling a spec feature pitch to LEGENDARY for a superhero heist movie.
In 2019 Chris shot his 2nd feature film, BOYS FROM COUNTY HELL. The film premiered at the 2020 Tribeca film festival before being released in cinemas in the UK and Ireland and on Shudder in North America.
Chris is currently Director and Exec Producer on WRECK for BBC 3 and Euston Films. He is repped by CAA, Grandview and Independent.
