Gavin Kelly
Facilities & Sustainability Manager, Northern Ireland Screen
Gavin recently joined Northern Ireland Screen as its first Facilities and Sustainability Manager , he has been tasked with gearing the local screen industry towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly production practices.
Prior to joining Northern Ireland Screen Gavin spent seven years working in the Locations department on a variety of projects.
These experiences gave him an understanding of the infrastructure and services required for all levels of Film and Television production.

Janine Cobain
Producer
Belfast-based producer Janine Cobain combined ten years’ experience at the Carbon Trust with her passion for filmmaking.
After becoming a trainer for Albert, delivering Sustainable Production training in Northern Ireland, she worked as a Sustainability Coordinator for Netflix and continues to champion ways to lower the environmental impact of the film and TV industry.

Gary Dougan
Junior Production Manager, Afro-Mic Productions
Gary joined Afro-Mic in January 2022 after working on the famous quiz show ‘Mastermind’ as a Production Coordinator.
During his time with the company, he has worked across various shows with the team including ‘B&B by the sea & Adrian Dunbar Coastal Ireland’.
He has recently stepped up to be their in-house Junior Production Manager.

Moya Doogan
Slow Fashion Advocate, Film/TV/Theatre
Moya is slow fashion advocate, working in the costume department for Film, TV & Theatre. She runs @environmentaleadai, a bilingual account on Instagram, where she documents her attempt at a sustainable lifestyle, charity shop finds and how she tries to make the film industry less wasteful.

She also runs Switch Belfast, an eco-conscious clothes swap that raises money for charities around Belfast.
​
Having been a charity shop fanatic since she can remember, she hasn’t bought herself new clothes since 2019 and tries to bring this mindset to her work as a designer on short films and commercials.
