Ed Galton
CEO, CAKE
Ed is the CEO of CAKE, a leading independent entertainment company specialising in the production, distribution, development, financing and brand development of kids’ and family properties.
With over 25 years of experience, Ed has worked all over the world for leading producers and distributors including in Paris as VP of International Sales at Gaumont and subsequently as VP of Business Development for French animation house Xilam; in London and Hamburg as COO for Igel Media and in New York at Fox Lorber Associates as Director of International Sales.
Ed is Exec Producer on a number of kids’ shows including the Emmy-nominated Angelo Rules, Mush-Mush & the Mushables, CBeebies' pioneering animated series Pablo, created, written and voiced by autistic talent and Angry Birds: Summer Madness currently launching on Netflix. Ed is also a Board Member of Animation UK.
Catherine McCormick

Cineflix Rights celebrates its 20th anniversary this year as the UK’s largest, truly independent distributor with a catalogue of premium scripted series, movies, and long-running factual brands from some of the world’s most creative producers.
Independently owned and creatively led, Cineflix Rights provides a full range of innovative financing models to get shows greenlit with the scale and flexibility to deliver individually tailored distribution strategies which generate the best results for our producer partners and buyers.
Catherine plays an integral role in acquiring new content for the Cineflix Rights catalogue and is focussed on building third-party producer relationships. She manages the complete lifecycle of show titles and is the liaison between the company’s internal teams and producer partners.
Based in London, Catherine has been with Cineflix Rights since 2009.

Emanuele Galloni
Founder and MD of Videoplugger.
Originally started in 2004 as a video news and footage digital distribution agency, Videoplugger soon expanded its business by distributing scripted and factual content globally and more recently producing commissioned factual content for international broadcasters.
With a background in TV, press and Radio freelance journalism and having had his first broadcast industry steps in pioneering digital content trading companies such as TVNEWSWEB, having represented RAI's content in the UK with Videoplugger for over 16 years and having distributed content from the Celtic nations globally since 2014.
Emanuele is a known industry professional with over 20 years of experience, he has been a lecturer in media studies in higher education institutions and a panellist at numerous industry festivals internationally.
In 2020 his early work as a videographer and factual TV producer has been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art of New York as part of a retrospective on Deep Dish and FSTV's series "Shocking and Awful: A Grassroots Response to War and Occupation", he coordinated and co- produced the episode "The World Says No To War".
Between March and June 2020, during the midst of the pandemic, he co-produced "Red Zones", a 4-part TBI Content Innovation awards-nominated documentary series commissioned by Sky TG24 (Sky Italy) which focused on the emotional and psychological consequences of Covid-19 and the lockdown.

Kieran is CEO & Co-Founder of Stellify Media with Matthew Worthy.
Before forming Stellify, Kieran and Matt devised, produced, and executive produced formats including Secret Fortune, Take the Money and Run, Dara O’Briains School of Hard Sums, and five series of the magic and mentalism format The David Meade Project.
Stellify is the award winning company behind Who wants to be A Millionaire, Blind Date and More.
