Naomi Rose
Assistant Editor, Specialist Factual Channel 4
Naomi Rose, Assistant Editor, Specialist Factual, Channel 4
Naomi has been working in broadcast television for over ten years and is Assistant Editor in the commissioning for Specialist Factual.
Naomi has commissioned series such as The Last Overland, Hitler: The Lost Tapes and Helicopter Medics. Naomi has produced panels for television festivals including The Female Gaze and 50 Years of Pride at Sheffield documentary festival.

Rebecca Thompson
Head of Indie Relations at Channel 4
Rebecca Thompson is the Head of Indie Relations at Channel 4, and based in their Glasgow office. Her role is focused is on improving the commissioning process and indies’ experience of working with the channel, as well as supporting the drive to commission more from the Nations and Regions and managing the Indie Accelerator and Emerging Indie Fund.
Rebecca joined Channel 4 from leading FOCUS, a project offering business development support for film and TV companies in Scotland. Her previous roles include founding and running both Hot Tap Media, a digital production company, and Social Screen. She was previously a digital producer at KEO Films and a digital Commissioning Editor at Channel 4.

Kevin Blacoe
Head of Partnerships & Skills, Channel 4
As Head of Partnerships & Skills, based at Channel 4’s new National HQ in Leeds, Kevin plays a key role in delivering the 4 All the UK strategy, the biggest structural change in the broadcaster's history.
As part of this, he leads 4Skills which is Channel 4’s major new commitment to skills, training and development in the creative industries, from work experience and apprenticeships through to progressing the careers of those already in the industry.

Caroline Percy
Senior Portfolio Manager, Indie Growth Fund
Caroline Percy joined Channel 4’s Indie Growth Fund in 2019 as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Her remit is to find companies for the fund to invest in, particularly those based in the Nations and Regions, Digital companies as well as companies with any form of diversity. She works with companies based in Bristol, London, Manchester, Glasgow, and Cardiff.
Caroline previously worked at Ingenious Media, investing in programmes such as Marcella, Whitehouse Farm and Clangers. Over her 20+ year career, she has worked at BBC as well as global distribution companies where she has acquired or licenced international rights to globally successful shows such as Strictly Come Dancing and Top Gear.
